wow i have to say, that i am shocked. In the past i have always had trouble with customer care not often but enough to agravate me. But i had a problem with my husbands phone. (not tmobiles fault) but i called and i was compelty floored on how i was treated by two separate reps. They have made some changes. I dont know what it is or what happen or maybe they saw my history and know i will go right to the top.However two differnt reps and then today, i get a call on my cell with only a 3 dig number on the call id display on my phone. I answer the phone, and its tmobile on saturday asking me how was my service i was shokced i actually choked on my soda that i had to give a great survey. its know wonder they won an award i can see how. I hope they keep it up..

i may not take calls anymore since i am in one of the Offline Teams now.
(BCO - Business Care Offline)
but if u know anyone anyone that has a T-Mobile Business question i am here

yeah at my call center, they moved all the offlines to the phones. you can imagine the welcome that received. im a tech tier2 new hire, halfway thru training.
