Oh man. So I don't mean to sound like a smart ass or anything, but I already did this. And actually, that store is a cell phone distribution and they don't deal with SIM card problems. I had to call the store where I bought the cell phone in Pittsburgh, and they sent me a new card. Didn't work though. They said that they sent a tech. guy out and that there is a problem area out here, and they are "working" on the problem, but they can't say when it will be fixed...I say yeah right. Anyways, it wasn't just my phone because I know a few other people on my dorm floor that have t-mobile and have the same problems.

I was going to tell you to do exactly what aratinabox posted.. I will add that if you are getting bounced off of towers it is your SIM card.. not the network

they do but only for a small portion for roaming. and don't forget Cingular has a contract with T-Mobile to.
Cingular actually uses more T-Mobile Network than T-Mobile uses Cingular network.
