Which phone do you have, E715 or E710? E715 is a N. American version which has 900/1900MHz. Do you know if Orange support 900MHz, if it only support 1800MHz, E715 cannot detect Orange. If you have E710 which is 900/1800 MHz. It should be able to detect Orange unless it is locked to other provider.

i have 715 which flash 710 firmware. but i have check that my imei in the back and in *#06* not the same number. before i use Gsm network but now i have change to orange brand but when i select the network it could only find Gsm network
P.s. i have try to change emei but i can't not

Do you know if the E710 firmware that you flashed to your phone is an unlocked version or not? Can your phone still work using a GSM SIM card? If yes, then imei shouldn't be the problem. What cable are you using? You need a serial cable for fixing the imei#. USB cable probably won't work.

i use serail cable but the winemei doesn't work.
and i still can use Gsm can't use other brand.

If you are using a serial cable with a switch in the middle of the cable, place it in D/L position when you use winimei. However, it sounds like the problem is not related to imei but your phone seems like it is locked. Check the following thread for more firmware which you can try. I guess they are unlocked:

i have change imei and unlock but it's still the same
i have try my d500 it's can scan network for all
but e710 can only Gsm. is it can be the wrong firmware or problem one ?
Oh i change imei to the same as back off the phone is it right ?
