I woke up yesterday, tried to make a call, and realized my service was suspended. I called cust care. The CSR told me my service was suspended and would reactivate it for me since it wasn't a billing issue. After about 5 minutes, I was able to make my call. Later in the evening, my service was suspended again. This time when I called cust care, they told me my service was suspended because i had 3 other account under my name and SSN. I told them this couldn't be right, and transfered me to fraud management. They told me to fill out a couple of forms and mail it in. I did so and they still haven't gotten back to me. My service is still suspended.
I know that this is to protect Sprint, but as they saw in my report, it is not my fault. It has been more than 48 hours since I found out about it and nothing was done about it yet.
I'm due to go on the road soon, and will need a cell phone to call the office. They don't have phones to give to employees.
Is there a Sprint CSR who would tell me what I need to do to get my service restored before I go on the road?

I know a guy here in Bradenton, Florida. If you send me an e-mail with your information in it...I shall relay it to him.
