has anybody had problems with their phone freezing? mine has been getting stuck recently while looking at pictures or playing games, I cant even turn off the phone, nothing. I looked at my memory and I have 0kb free. I continue to delete things and never end up with more memory. what should I do?

Yes, I've had similar problems with my T300 crashing. I had the firmware upgraded and it still crashed, so I turned it in for repair. Just today I went to the shop to pick it up, and they gave me a brand new phone. But guess what, it crashed too, right in the shop when I tested it! So I had the firmware upgraded to R1G001 (again) and it still crashed, so now it has been turned in for repair again.
I'm getting really tired spending time trying to get a working phone, and I've reached a point where I will seriously rethink ever recommending Sony Ericsson to anyone again. Two duds in a row is just too much!

If it crashes again lift the button on the back and it switches off automatically, i had no freezes at all! you might want to go to themes and select your current theme again, this may free up some space if u have tried to change themes and there has not been enough space to make the change.

Mine crashed just now when I was trying to record a sound. I did what boozhound said and that just restarted it. Not sure why it did that though....

Mine phone SE T300 has never crashed or frozen, I do everything with the phone, take pictures, use my MP3 Add on, and change themes from time 2 time. I have even done the 12.5 sec trick.
Good Luck getting your phones fixed.
