How far are you into the contract. You may have to pay Early Term Fee for each line

I pretty sure that even with a family plan you have to pay an ETF for each line like smove said. So in this instance $875.00

What are the hidden fees your talking about? There are a lot of government associated fees which have been appearing on quite a few of my bills... including at&t AND Cingular. Its also possible that being a new customer if there was a billing error it wouldnt jump out at you, making this whole thing just a mixup. They're usually very good about fixing ANY billing error.

you would be looking at being charged the etf per line. There are diffrent fees and taxes that we are required to chage by state locak and federal goverment that are on the invoice cingular breaks them down indv instead of printing them as one lump sum charge that other carriers and landline servies do

The Early Termination Fee is $175 per line. So at 5 lines that is 875. This was stated when you signed up.
BTW what are the hidden fees that you were not aware of. If you read your contract it does go over all the fees. Most of the other fees you pay are governmental anyways, and you WILL pay these at any carrier. Cingular just breaks it down for you line by line so you can be aware of what you are paying.

Hey dont take my word for it, check out the link that I sent you of terms and conditions. And I was just trying to say that in MY experience they always go above and beond to try to help correct billing errors. They dont happen all the time but when they do they are quick to rectify the situation. So I say again... let us know what the fees you are seeing are so we can help you sort them out.
