Another V3 Tip:

I had someone call in yesterday who was wanting to do an XBM on his V3 for crappy audio on the earpiece. Had replaced 2 others on the account. Not a single note about any troubleshooting done previously.

Called customer back on landline, had him hardshock phone, that helped some. Resent tower profile and had him do a master reset. The problem went away. Hope it didn't come back. The other 2 on the account he had replaced just transferred him to XBM.

I love the master clear. It fixes all the crappy memory issues on the RAZR and the V360. The other manufacturers should have it.

And a master reset is superb for freezing and audio issues. I'm guessing that resending the tower profile is the same as cancelling location at T-Mobile and when done with a master reset this almost always gets the phones working well again.
