Is there any way you can use master reset to reset your phone? whenever I turn my phone on, the phone turns on but the screen is blank, can anyone help me?

Have you done any mods to the phone?
If not I would use any warranty you may have.
If you have - if they are hardware double check your work - if software flash with a monster pack

i recently tried to unlock video on my phone, i followed a tutorial, i did the flash area with multiflashflex and used the file that was in monsterpack. it said that the flashing was completed, the phone was shut off when it was finished, and when i restarted it, the phone was working but the screen was just blank

What monsterpack did you use? Try a different one

Thats pretty old - there are newer ones - however the place that is generally referred to for this has just shut down (in last few minutes) as soon as I know of another host I'll let you know

ok, thank you, you think that flashing with that monsterpack since its so old would be the problem to the blank screen? how old is it anyway?

Over a year old - but that shouldn't of itself cause a blank screen - I'm just wondering if you got a bad download or it was a bad flash for some reason.
