Update: Okay... wow... our call center's IT guys are incredibly fast.
I was able to use gate19 yesterday, no problem.
Today, it's blocked. Not only 19, but every number I have tried.
See, instead of having a list of blocked Websites, our CC has a list of 'APPROVED' sites.

OUCH. I was under the impression that the it guys are off site. Why would this be on an allow list to start with?

What call centers do you all work in?
If it is an offsite team that administrates the security then wouldn't we all be out? I think the IT is weak. They should hire vetran hackers, but after I leave. Then you'd all be suckas
