i have optiflash 4.16t but the description given on that page isn't right i think because i cannot see an tab in optiflash called backup. (options, settings, backup)

yeah,
it SHOULD read Options=>Settings=>Read
then delete any ranges in the read ranges. You do need the serial cable though!!

Hey can anyone help me. . I have a E720 on contract t-mobile. I want to put a different sim in so i went searching on the internet and tried different codes but one ended up blocking my phone. Now it says "Phone locked return for service". So i went on to ebay bought a cable go the software and flashed my phone. My phone was debranded but still it says"Phone locked return for service" what do i do.
