I'm so excited I bought a nokia n-gage I Don't have it yet. I'll ask the questions once I get the thing but I do have one question I've seen on this board and other forums how to hook up the bluetooth up and use the internet without GPRS what about the other way around can that be done? can i network my phone thru a pc to connect the pc to internet. I might have a short time where i can't get internet at my new house. (I might actually have to read a book!!! or watch Golfing on tv to keep from getting bored without some kind of internet connection LOL. (actually books are great lately i've been cheating listening to audiobooks LOL.)

You normally only need to hook the 6600 to your computer via bluetooth, the hardware should be installed automatically (check the computers hardware list).
Otherwise (or if you're not sure) use this
http://europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,8764,42290,00.html?applicationId=274&p rodSupAppID=1&productId=288&categoryId=20&languageId=1
Take a look in the system control, there should be a option for Nokia modems, the 6600 should be defined. If the 6600 modem is defined as general modem it won't work.
Now you only need a provider which allows you to dial up with the phone.

I don't think i'm supposed to do that with my pc so no downloading lord of the rings with my phone even tho i have an unlimited internet on my phone if they see like i downloaded like 1000 gb of data onto a phone they will probably cancel me LOL. my nokia 3300 isn't capable so if they cry about that then oh well. technically if you get a plan for YOUR PHONE to connect to the internet and tether it ot a pc the provider could cancel the data plan or complain to you that you need the higher end plan. And to add another thing i noticed not thinking in manufactured homes. (mobile homes) are skinned in metal so this cell phone idea might not work very well anyways.. (hang phone out the window)
