I received a disgusting phone call (I have the date and time of it). I'd like to know who it is from. Any ideas???? PLEASE HELP!

That's the problem. The phone bill and my phone said "restricted" when the call came in. Any other suggestions?

that means that person has an unpublishe number and line number blocking... it would take a court order

You'd need to start with a police report and the cop has to think it's bad enough and not a one time thing to make him do follow up and write up a court order request and all that stuff.
It's a lot of work for calls that happen often, so probably wouldn't be easy.

I need help also I am geeting restricted phone calls saying they are from someone but I think they are from someone else I was thinking about getting a subpoena done will that help me find out exactly who the call came from and how much does it cost in texas and if one of them changed thier number will that matter?

It won't matter. The carriers can access the information whether or not somebody is dialing with a blocked number, or dialing *67 before calling. And they can view exactly what numbers are being connected between the towers. It does require authorities to access that info through the carriers though. No clue how much that'll cost, but changing your mobile number and putting a password on your acct would be a fix.
