As my understand the 9.99 unlimited text is for family plan only , and it is only promotion trial .. after first 90 days , it'll go up from $9.99 to $19.99
and YES, the single line unlimited text is $14.99 each line

Not true. If you sign up for family txt for 9.99 you lock the 9.99 price in. The price will change sometime in the future to 19.99. If you add the plan after this change, then you will pay 19.99. If you had the plan added prior to the increase in price you will continue to pay 9.99

mpapple is correct. I am a Business Care Offline Rep for T-Mobile and i deal with Family Times plans all the time.
$9.99 is a locked price. it's like T-zones for $4.99 & Text messages for $2.99 and add-a-line fee for poolings plans was $7.99 for Xmas. once customers have the old stuff we cannot take them away unless they ask for it to be removed or they change there rate plan. in which they won't get them back.
