I bought a TM togo plan just 3 days ago wiith $15 prepaid credit on purchase. Not having made or received a single call I see my credit dropping to $12.50.
Can someone tell me what is it about?
Okay I have used its GPRS to check who is online on MSN.Does it cost me and if yes then how much?
Remember I am yet to make a single call and still my balance has still dropped by $3.50.
Thanks.

sounds like data charges... you are charged by the kilobyte when you are online... the exact rate would be answered by tmob customer care... the normal range if you dont have a data plan is 3-5 cents a kilobyte

why are you reposting the same exact message? call customer care if you have these kind of questions, its what they get paid for. and your math is still off after day two asking this question. 15 minus 12.50 is 2.50 not 3.50.
msn and instant messaging costs one text message in and out when you send/recv IMs. text messages are 10cents each.
so now youve had two people tell you to call customer care, since they can actually look at your billing and answer instead of giving you possibilities. get it now?

perceval33,calling customer care seems to be the standard solution ofr all billing problems and some think everything gets sorted out going to customer care.
I emailed the customer care and they came up with a ridiculous answer. They said they have looked into my account and I have made 7 cals and 13 text messages, wheeras I dialled or received none and not a single text message went out of my handset. When I explained it to them they had no answer.
After this I came to this forum to discuss it with you guys if anyone of you had it before.
