What you looking for is call "mastercode". Latest nokia set in the market incuding you come with an mastercode. Use this mastercode as security code.
Else you can send back to nokia service centre to reflash your mobile to reset the security code.

I head read a member's post here which mentioned that he has a software for getting a Mastercode for any model, he needs just the IMEI for it. I couldn't find that post now, but you will surely put some more efforts than me. Maybe you can contact him personally, i think this kind of stuff is not allowed here.
Instead of looking out for this kind of code, why dont you focus on trying to reset your phone, though it will wipe of all data, but it will give a new life to it. You should have a look at the FAQ's of our forum, it has some tools of normal reset and deep reset. Maybe the experts here can confirm whether the CALL+3+* way of reset is compatible with your model, or maybe suggest some other way of reset.
All the best.

As you see from advantejas thread, you need IMEI no. from your mobile to generate mastercode, therefore every Nokia phone has it own mastercode.
If you are the owner of nokia phone, send back to nokia service centre to unlock.
Else search in the web, there a site which do this for free, use it at your own risk.

The master codes on illegal sites are a big fake some of the sites gives u a little file but when u open the files or run the files nothing happens.and if u r running windows xp (with security pack installed) u will get a mesage that spyware running on ur pc! error! etc.so just send the nokia 6230 to the nokia service center.
