when i called to get my contract dates, it was 10 minutes before she actually told me the dates... i work customer service for cingular, and i know it's not that hard.

Different company, different system, and you have to take into account that it may be new people. You get yelled at too often for something stupid like Sprint and Nextel not being on the same billing system yet, why haven't the totally integrated yet, why can't they Walkie Talkie each other yet, why don't I have service in this (put in your favorite boonie location here) or why is it that I've had their service for three years, why can't I get a better deal for a new phone then a new customer?, and you're gonna get a lot of turnover. I don't work in Sprint customer service, but I do sell Sprint and Nextel for an independent dealer, and I hear a lot of that stuff, I can only imagine what a customer service person hears. After an 11 hour day I'm ready to strangle some of the idiots who don't use a lick of common sense before they ask their questions. Sorry I don't usually go off like this, but I am at work right now, and I've had some real idiots in here today.
