Okay well it says on the coverage check that my house has service ... not Great service, but service. And when my friends who have tmobile come over, they get service outside but no service inside my house.

BUT- when i go to my dads house , his girlfriend has tmobile. His house is in the same shade of green on the coverage map as mine is, and his girlfriend has service inside and outside of his house.

This shows that the coverage map is lying about my house becuz there is no service inside of it , but at my dads there is service inside (SAME SHADE OF GREEN) And no, my house is not made in a way that tmobile Just doesnt get service in it, its all the houses in my developement where tmo. cnt get service .

coverage map = liarr

Many factors limit reception:

1. Aluminum siding
2. Rebar (inside concrete)
3. Electro Magnetic (power lines, controller or transformer near your house)
4. ETC ETC

If ALL of the houses in your development are affected it is not a network problem but more than likely an enviromental problem. There are so many factors that can affect reception it is impossible for companies like T-Mobile to monitor everywhere all the time. When that map was made perhaps your development was not even built, after being built useing any number of materials that can affect reception no one has bother to request that T-Mobile come out and evaluate the problem.

Well actually there have been numerous complaints from ppl in my developement and my developement was made about 50x after tmobile coverage "came into play"

therefor, it is most likely a tmobile problem

if it works outside of your house and not inside then its not T-Mobiles problem.

something in your house will not allow u to get singal.
it's common sence

I'm assuming that if it's all the houses in your development, then they develpoer chose to build with a material that has been blocking the signal.

Call 611 and ask for a service request to be filed for you. An engineer will come and look at your area.
Chances are there is nothing 'wrong', its just the signal doesnt go through the house very well- which is normal.
