my 1500 model shuts off randomly and quite frequently during calls and when connecting to the internet. I have been keeping it charged fully.
The battery connectors are spotless and it doesn't appear to be loose, i have only had this phone a few months, any ideas?

if you bought the phone new there should be a 1 year warranty on the phone

Thanks for the help. I sent it away to be repaired and am using an archaic loaner phone.
Just wondering if anyone knows what it could be, I want to know if I should expect to have to pay for the repairs.

We have had the same problem. We sent it off to be repaired. They replaced it, unable to fix the problem. The replacement has the same problem. We are sending it back again.
