i thought 36 was the overtime split. well, whatever it is, I didn't get a call for an hour and 1 minute! got a lot of reading done. I wonder as the night wears on, how long it will hold out for. we'll see...

one time we had 5 people stay at the call center because another call center was evacuated and no one at our call center called operations to tell them that we were still on. we sat there for 2 hours with no calls. good thing I had my phone was blasting my radio on my phone.. LOL.. (was by myself at one side of the call center on a floor with 100 stations or more.. LOL. )

man, that would be sweet.
the availability is about 69 occupancy 59...if you use the same stats. it looks like i should be getting calls maybe 15-20 minutes at most.
since 9:15 i've gotten 2 and they were only a couple minutes long...but i'm not complaining!

36 is GSM overtime... when in an overtime split you are covering markets where the service availability is low... you could be in queue or not even get a call...independent of the queue on the floor

last night i waited for a call for an hour and 45 minutes. then i had to clock out...no telling how long it would have lasted.
9:15 to 2:00am...two calls, very short. I sure got a lot of reading done, 'bout 175 pages!
just logged in today, and i'm in it again!
