Hello
My granddaughter is having problems with her mobile. Everything works okay other then the fact that she can't make any calls or in fact receive any, major problem. On making a call it says "Conditional Forwarding"??
If I put my sim card in it says i have limited service but her sim card would appear to be operating okay.
I'm certainly not up todate with modern phones, can anyone help please.
Thank You

hiya the phone is locked to one network say o2 so if you put another network sim in the phone like t-moblie you will get limited service.there could be a problem with her sim card try putting a driffrent sim card in the phone that is tyed to that phones network and see if it works if it does then its her sim card that is faulty.i hope this helps.

Thanks, she has two phones and I believe her sim card works okay in her old phone. I now understand that the D500 phone works in other countries with a friends sim card, but not in England. As I say it's beyond me. But thanks for your input.

that D500 was reported stolen in england with that carrier and the imei (serial number of the device) was placed on the deny list with that carrier
