Hi,
I was trying to unlock the RAZR using this thread http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic43620.html
Unfortunately when downgrading the bootloader it quit half way. But it said it had 8.23 but the phone wouldn't start up normally. So I flashed the phone using PST... now it doesnt work at all, the phone comes on and has a blank screen. When I try and flash it I get this message:
"ERROR: The superfile selected is for reflash. You must use a rom superfile with blank Subscriber Units"
Does someone have one of these "rom superfiles?" I'm kinda scared that I stuffed the phone so please help me!

Thats very bad - I hope you haven't damaged your PDS. Try flashing the new bootloader again - or try to flash with bootloader 8.23 from http://www.planetmotox.net

Ok, that didnt work. Still getting the exact same message. I'm going to try other flashes.. probably in vein... F***

Try using RSD and see what that says - if you have damaged your PDS and are in the US email Old_Fool - look for one of his posts and click on the email button - he has a smartclip and can help.

I know its not much consolation but I have added a tutorial on how to backup your phone using flashbackup - a backup of your PDS would allow you to recover your phone. I've also put a message in the How To Unlock thread to do a backup before starting

I suggest you do a backup as I mention above before doing anything else
