uh yea i got this samsung x427 like a year ago and i hate it ive had problems from the first day i got so mad i threw it ito the lake now it doesnt work and i want a free razr and no i didnt get insurance because its a scam

there is no such thing as a free razor, and the samsung x427m is a good phone you just got shafted and need a replcamet my x427 worked just fine, maybee you need a cell phone permit so you can use it. the cheapist price you can get a razor for is $79 adn thats with rebate and online discount any lower and its most likely a scam.

the speed dial is 645 but there is no direct number for customer relations as of yet
