Is the Moto Q available for Cingular Wireless service? If not, can it be unlocked to use with Cingular Wireless? New to the whole unlocking thing(seen almost every phone saying it's unlocked on ebay heh).

I hope you can help me since you work for Cingular. I desperately need to know the phone number that is sending text messages to one of my cell phones and also the number that my cell phone is sending text messgaes to. (its my husbands phone, but the account is in my name.) Also, how can I view these messgaes? I would loveto be able to do that, but if nothing else, I need the number that is involved in this much too frequent text message conversation!
Our detailed bill shows all the numbers that we call and get calls from, but not for text messaging.
Thanks in advance!!

hey...'carsonsmommy' posted 6 times all in different topics, but all mean the same thing...don't do that... I'm getting dizzy, and tired of reading the same thing over again.
there is a reason why customer service IS called "customer service."..................call them

I have 3 phones under a Family Talk plan. I do a small amount of International travel; other phones do no International.
Received a letter from Cingular stating that they have identified phone #3 as one that would benefit with a new SIM card that allows manual selection of networks while on International travel.
I called Customer Care who transfered me to International Configuration - both groups never heard of the letter. International Config went on to insist that all overseas networks are pre-programmed into my phone and that everything is managed by a "Special Computer." (That's when I hung up)
Would like to get this feature (the ability to manually select networks) added (sent) to MY phone; esp. since I did have a coverage issue while traveling in Australia.
I have a v3 Razr.
Thanks

Hi Cingular Rep,
I have a question, how can I get a T-Mobile A630 that has been unlocked to send and receive pic texts. The phone seems unlocked, I can make and receive calls but the web and broser settings still say T-Mobile. Anyway I can change these to Cingular icons and features?
Please help, I really really want to use this phone

I have never heard of sus that you described either
that feature is a function of the phone...heres how
From the stand by screen, press the Menu key.
Scroll to "Settings", then press Select.
Scroll to "Network", then press Select.
Scroll to "Network Setup", then press Select.
With "Band" highlighted, then press Change.
Scroll to "Automatic", then press Select.
Select Done.
The device will search for all available networks.
highlight the desired network and select it

For whatever reason, Cingular "cleverly" decided to block Manual network search and selection capability from the Razr. And I'd just as soon not Flash it. (notice that there is no reply from Cingular rep on this question)
