actually T-Mobile only outsoures very little of there customer service. almost everything is done through T-Mobile reps.

icon_arrow.gif I think I have to agree with Sir what's his name on this one. (sorry dude) T-Mobile is leading the way in the American dream, and believe it or not, they are doing it right here at home.
I can call t-mobile at any time and get an english (or spanish) speaking representative, at any time night or day. I have also learned that T-mobile has people who can speak any language to translate for any of their customers. This is no new secret. It's information you can get from the newest representative, to the CEO of the company. If you ask a rep where they are located (by state) they will tell you. They value honesty dude. They also value Mom and the flag, and all walks of life, but more than anything, they respect my time and my money. I can dig it.

That's a pretty funny statement since T-Mobile is owned by Deutsche Telekom, a German company.

Oh, or is this the flag you're talking about?
