I have a new v360, the problem is if I get a msg I save it to my phone if I remove the sim to put in my other sim the msg is gone.
How can I save my msg on my phone even if I swap sims?
My msg setup is set to save on phone and it's still not working

SEEM 0032_0001
offset 40 - bit 6: SMS storage (0 for phone, 1 for SIM)

The faster way is to change storage options
Select Menu
Then Messages
Then Menu again
Then Inbox Setup
Then Text Message Setup
Then Store to SIM
Of course just reading your Owners Manual would reveal this information.
Seem Edits are not always required for the most basic of phone system modifications.

Does anybody know how can I transfer my SMS from my SIM card to the phone's memory? I am talking about messages (SMS) that ALREADY are at the SIM card!

Not all phones have this. My v635 doesn't and I'm pretty sure the v360 doesn't either. So in this case a SEEM edit is required.

I've got a v360 and using the phone's menu system to change the option works fine.
I had the choice of SIM or Phone, and changed it to Phone.

I have the v360 and i dont get the option of picking whether it should go to sim of phone.
Not sure what exactly is going on, but help is appreciated.

Most phones do not have that menu - try the seem edit as I suggested
There is a seem edit to enable the menu option
SEEM 0032_0001
offset 9A - bit 1: Messages > menu > Message Setup > Text Msg Setup > Store To: (SIM/Phone) (1 on, 0 off)

The software version without the Airplane Mode will allow you to change the location that new sms is stored to. Motorola disabled this feature with the new software
Haven't found a way to transfer existing sms from SIM to phone other than to fwd back to yourself once Save to SIM is selected.
