Hey americruzano I think I know what you're doing wrong, your setting is File Format 3GPP (Mobile MP4).. change it to just File Format 3GPP. It works for me hopefully it will work for you.
I tried changing the format to "3GPP" instead of "3GPP (Mobile MP4) " but the phone still sees it as a movie file, which means I cant set it as a ringtone. Anybody have any other ideas?
Also, how do you send email to your phone? I have figured out how to get alerts when I get a new email, but I dont get the emails themselves on my phone, just the alert.

Has anyone tried Samsung's PC Studio with the USB to transfer files? I can't get it to work on the t509.
I've been trying to email myself .3gp files and .mp3 files but no matter what I try changing the extension to, it gets blocked saying my phone doesn't support the file, or it's removed from the message body. How do you do it?
sorry, im running out the door or I would explain instead of linking to it.

I successively converted my .mp3's to .3gp files and now I'm trying to send them via Bluetooth to my phone. I put them in the "Downloaded Videos" folder, but they keep disappearing after I refresh the folder, and they never show up on the phone at all. Any ideas guys?
