FYI, I found out the other day that WavePad is listed as a free download with no restrictions, but it really isn't. Some features are limited-time only, including the conversion to m4a. I've been looking for another program that converts mp3 to m4a, but I haven't found one yet.

Nisovin,
First of, thank you for your WavePad method and it worked fine for me as of today.
I've successfully converted an mp3 file to .m4a and then to .3gp using WavePad, unfortunately I could only send it from my pc to t509 via bluetooth but not the other way ard. Therefore the .3gp file received by the phone only shows up under Downloaded Video, and still could NOT be set an ringtone.
HELP!

Help!Crowscorner!
I did tried to send you pm but obviously this forum doesn't allows us to do that. While I don't have your e-mail too.
I did followed your instruction to the programming screen and I've made some changes on the numbers. Everythings didn't really changed after I've set it and I just decided to give up.
But after a day, I can barely hear my mmf format's music, even on ear, not to mentioned to be a ringtone.
I make every changed back to original data but it still making a VERY small volume out of the phone. What is funny is if I set the volume level back on 4, its actually louder than 5....
Can you give me your data numbers so I can fix it and use a louder volume, PLEASE? God I really need your help and I hope you will see this post, thank you VERY MUCH.
Or anyone could help would be greatly appreciated

feedback thank you very much for your help but I'm afraid it still doesn't work.
Would you mind to post all data number of the "Audio settings"?
Or if you have edited the volume, and better, to tell me your audio data number?
I was really appreciate your help.

I don't really have the time right now, there's way too many settings. I think those are the only ones that do anything. Do you remember which ones you edited?
