I just bought my phone yesterday. This morning, I turned it off and turned it back on and it froze at the Sony Ericsson logo and I can't even turn it off so I had to take the batteries out. I've tried taking off the batteries and the SIM card, charging it, turning it on without the SIM card. What should I do?
