hello people...
i just bought a s307....
well i almost love the phone...for a $200+ phone it lacks of many features...
the 2 features this phone needs and bugs me that are not there are...
1. Caller Id doesnt show the number of the person who is calling, just the name...i have multiple people with multimple phones...how to know if, for example, my gf is calling me from her house or from the cellphone or from the office? 
2. Call list/call log doesnt show the phone of the person who just called you....i just want to know the number of the person who called me...not just the name...
why can you have multiple phones on a single person and have different icons for each phone and then not use them !
other features it doesnt have...that doesnt bug me that much...you cant have personalized ring for different persons just for groups. AND you cant just add a person to a group...you have to add all the numbers from the person if you want the same tone for each number.
i'm really dispointed with samsung....
does anyone knows a solution for this ?
a hack ?

with what version where to download it?
i ordered the cable yesterday so i would be after that....
but i want to know if someone have successfully reflashed this cellphone

ok...that does it...
i loved my old samsung phone....
but i hate this one...
what the heck were the samsung engineers on when desingning the phone functions !!!
there were on crack !?
why i cant turn the ringer off when someone call me...
i dont want to cancel the call i just want the ring to be off while i take the call...
on monday i will go to cingular and i will get a simens or a sony/ericsson....

Be patient wait for the cable 
All samsung phones can successfully be reflashed (If you have the right cable)

I've the SGH-S300 with firmware version S30XXWC3, I saw you post various versions (C4 & D1), and I would like to know which one is more suitable for my phone. Are you aware of the differences and what's new ? Thanks
