My Motorola V710 Is Stuck at the HelloMoto Screen and it turns back off and back on and repeats it over and over again it is very annoying!
Could someone please help me?

Have you done any mods to the phone at all?
If not and you have warranty use it.

I have no warrenty and I have not done any mods to the phone because I don't know how to!
