From what I understand, Cingular has the biggest network. However, Tmo has a lot of partnering agreements and allows you to roam, so that mitigates the problem. Cingular has a horrible customer service reputation. If you get coverage from Tmo, I'd go with them. Order a Nokia E61 from eBay! You could get a cheapie Tmobile2go sim ($10 on eBay) and try it out during a transition period; do some real-life coverage checks.

dont get togo whe u got t-mobile cuz you do not get the 850mhz but if u r paying monthly i would chose t-mobile.

I recently switched to TMo after a long and painful stint with Cingular and it was the best move I could've made. Not only were the sales reps more honest but the price plans were also better. I knew I had to switch after the Cingular rep BS'd me telling me they couldn't access their own website at the store when I wanted to discuss with them about the pricing I saw on the web... I walked out of the store and drove over to TMo and never looked back.

well u got to w8 and c cuz T-Mobile USA will bid for 3G spectrum (in the 2100 and 1700 MHz bands) in the upcoming FCC auctions, to be held in August 2006. The 3G network will be based on a UMTS/HSDPA solution and should be launched sometime in 2007. and wegot to c how that comes out.

t-mo is probably going to be cheaper (i wish cingular had their text plans)
but you will have better service with cingular
therefor you get what you pay for
cingular has way more coverage
me and a friend both traveled to the same place and i got coverage where he didnt

Where T-Mobile doesn't have coverage you would roam under Cingular.

I traveled to Charleston, South Carolina and did not have T-Mobile coverage, but WAS covered under Cingular. No charge.

<3 T-Mobile.

T Mobile works well for me. I don't think I have ever had a dropped call, maybe 1? I'll just say 1 for the sake of memory error. The plans work better for me, cheaper and the features fit me better than Cingular.
