I am making a switch from Nextel to a GSM provider so that I can use a Nokia phone for some applications that the Symbian O/S can provide to me ad my business.

My question for everyone is what provider is better Cingular or T-Mobile? I have been doing a good amount of research and too be honest the overall reviews of each company is not too good. So I wanted to ask everyone here what their thoughts were.

I live in Kansas City but travel throughout the US for business. I am looking for the best coverage from a GSM provider in the US. Customer Service is nice but too be honest unless the world is ending I never call my providers customer service.

they all suck, t-mobile just charges less. I live in NY and the service is fine here, i had Cingular for like 3 weeks and I couldn't stand them anymore so I ditched them and went back to T-mobile. I havent had any problems since, plus if u got a problem tmobile is sooooo easy to bs and get wat you want.
