I am looking at the Razr and use Verizon. I have read that the Razr phone is a GSM phone and I can get SIM cards for international use, this is a huge benefit for me and would sway me from the LG VX8100.
Reading an article on CNet it looks like Verizon has disabled or removed the SIM card function, is this true??
Thanks for any and all comments!

I just bought an unlocked v3i but I have Verizon as my carrier. I am assuming I won't be able to use the phone now =(
Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do. I guess sell the phone?

Is the V3i a GSM only phone? (Do they make the same model as CDMA and GSM phones or is that one of the things that constitutes a new name?)
