can ne one direct me or tell me how to unlock a motorola V190 whenvever i put in a SIM card it display "please enter the Subsidy code.

You need to have smart clip and smartmoto to unlock.

THere is few other software but not free at this time.
you can look for remote unlock but i think you still have to know how to do test point
