My situation is similar but the other way around. I bought an unlocked V360 in Hong Kong and try to use T-Mobile web. I have t-mobile account and t-mobile web (t-zone) service. However, I always got the "GPRS" unavailable. What shoud I do? Can someone help me?

You need the correct settings on your phone - you should be able to go to their website and get the settings sent to your phone
