orange reps...account splits are possible, aren't they? cust owuld like to split an account with two lines to two seperate accounts, so each user will get seperate bill. it's possible on blue, so i called orange and the rep told me they don't do that. I pulled it up in CSP for him, but he wouldn't listen to me. I called back another rep, and she said she's never done it, but looked into it for me, then said she could.
I beleive it can happen from what i saw in CSP, but I am not familiar with care/telegence, so it was slightly unclear to me.

can it be done?

yeah...csp lays out the instructions. but the first rep emphatically told me it can't be done, the next rep didn't know about it 'till i gave her the CSP solution. I think i've only called orange tech once, for a subsidy unlock submission.

my own res desk told me we couldn't unlock an orange phone for a blue account, when the guy paid full price for the phone, then i get to tech and the rep filled out the submission.

steva11 yes orange care reps can do an account split but the question is how lazy are they i am in my centers tech support department and we get cold transfer of billing questions cold transfer to program pilot numbers into the phone as i am used to saying they are l.a.z.y and it's not a radio station
