I am wondering that if anyone happen to know any powerful tools/softwares that can be used to make full backups of Razr, including PDS, boot loader, flash, flex, my personal settings, pictures, and ringtones?
I have tried FlashBackup 2.62 but it does not work. Each time it shows "Sending loader, please wait ..." or "Creating backups ...." and then just freeze there.
My Razr is unlocked, and I newly flashed b/l 7.D0 (R374_V3BL07.D0.shx), and reflashed stock Moto monster pack 42.10.
Any information is highly appreciated!

Have you tried the flashbackup guide in the tutorial section? AFAIK there is no other software to do this on the V3

Are you sure you have the standard v3? What is your s/w version?
After it was unlocked it had b/l 7.E0 and flash 40.E
Then I reflashed to 42.10, then flashed a language pack (whose version is 41.xx), and then downgraded the b/l to 7.D0
Everything's ok during above procedures, and the phone works perfectly. I just want to make a backup, just in case.

Try it on a different PC - occasionally flashbackup has problems with some USB ports - make sure you are using a rear port of a desktop pc

Just wanted to share this product with you that you should try before anything else!
I have used it and I'm in love with it. And it works with almost all the cellphones out there.
It was recently released by the "For Dummies" group and its a portable device that can backup and transfer all your contacts from one phone to another with just one click of a button.
Its called "Cellular Phonebook Backup and Transfer kit For Dummies". hope this helps
