hi,
I have V551, after I flash it, I can not turn it on. I use the method to turn on boot loader which shown
Boot Loader 07.D0
SW Version R472_g_08_18_4_0R
Battery OK
OK to program
USB transfer MODE
I tried to reflash several times, but I can not turn the phone on. Please help. Thanks
I also have my backup restored, yet NO LUCK

Did all flash sucess full no failed flash? if so are you sure you have the V551 , you may havew had the V557 that look exactly V551 but internally hardware and software are all diffterent.
Pull the battery out and look at the sticker of the back of your fone to see what is the model of that fone.
The 2 files that you have flash are the best for the fone so i don't see why it did not work unless one of the two things i mention above is the problem

I did what you told, and it's v551 for sure. I don't know what went wrong.
All the flashs was sucess, and nothing wrong.
The phone boots only if I force it, or it is blank.
Sometime I flash it, it's said that "S Blank Neptun LTE"
Do you think it have any problem with the internal hardware?????

For some reason your fone PDS is corrupted or gone, YOu need to repair it to fix it. email me for more fixing info

Greetings--
I seem to be having the same problem...or at least one very similar. I've tried reflashing with several different Monster Packs, including these:

Everything seems to happen just as it should--I get a message that the flash was a success, the phone turns off... but when I turn it back on, I go right back to the boot loader screen, though this time it says
[boot loader I flashed with; as noted, I tried several]

Transfer Mode
Now, I'm embarrassed to admit the phone got wet (non-standard idiotic story that involved a park, a water fountain, a water bottle, and bad aim) and that's how all of this started. Phone worked fine for about a week afterwards, and then I got the first Black Screen O Death:

Data Cable
Let's see, since I've read a lot of forum messages over the last two days
- It's definitely a v551
- No, the phone is not wet inside anymore. Yes, i wiped it out. Yes, I know getting the phone wet is not something one should ever do. The people at Cingular are hoping this cannot be fixed so I have to buy a new phone (or they would be hoping if they knew about this).
- Yes, I've removed the battery. For 5 minutes. For 50 minutes. For 5 hours. For...well, you get the picture.
- At no point did I try to use a monster pack that should never touch a v551.
Ok, that's all I can think of now.

What exactly is the bootloader version? and does PST or RSD recornized it as a neptune LTE or a Sblank neptune LTE?

i would have taking it apart and mainly get the main board out, turn oven to 175F put the main board on a napking then both on th cookies sheet and bake it for 7 min to see if you can get the fone working again.
If not, i would do PDS repair then reflash with Fyll flash, but i have smart clip so repair PDS is easy for me.
