I'm furious!

i never got a 10% on a monitor until today. i got dinged for EVERYTHING! someone was supposed to have her account cancelled last month, but it never was. there were notes from custoemr relations (save) that said it was to be cancelled! so i fixed our mistake, and got 0% because i was supposed to transfer to save. but she'd already spoken with them last week! ARGHH!

just had to vent

I would appeal that... you were correcting a mistake made by another rep... you took ownership of the call... I have had monitors of the same situation 2 were scored the same as you... I argued the point and they were reversed...

They are.

They got me for not notating a customer's name in Clarify, even though I did create a contact properly in that darned system.

Another time, they got me because I didn't make a test call when adding insurance. After activating the phone.

I just don't get it.

i got dinged for not offering a cb to a truck driver that was calling from his phone in his truck, his complaint was hes unable to call out and its his only way to getahold of his boss for deliveries

QA needs to pull there heads out of there asses and wipe the $#!t from there eyes

I think QA needs to go down i had them fail me on a call said i did not trouble the can't make/recive call issue the customer was have looked into mti map tool cust was on TDMA there was no TDMA coverage nor partner tdma coverage in the area and i adv cust they were in a no service area and i got dinged i fought that one and got it reversed it seems the QA rep didn't look in mti for coverage info to verify what i was saying he just failed me
