I am also having trouble trying to sync my Outlook contacts via Bluetooth to my t509. I can send them one at a time it appears, but i have too many for that. If I try to select more than one, then send via Bluetooth to my phone, only the first contact transfers over.

I too am having this problem. I can also send one contact at a time but the 'Sync Settings' button in PC Sync software is always greyed out. It requests a BlueTooth connection when I launch PC Sync but I can't ever do the actual sync. The PIM & File Manger software connects to the phone fine and polls all data on the phone. Outlook syncing just doesn't seem possible though. Other than that the phone is great.

I know this is a hastle but what I did was just redo the calendar in the PIM software. It's a pain in the neck to do 2x the calendar entries, but for me, the calendar is vital for my work so I take the time. I don't even want to try to sync with Outlook because, well, I just don't want to mess anything up. Good luck ladies & gentlemen!

You can download PIM & File Manager 2.0 from the samsung.com, just go to the support section. Using this software you can do anything you want with your phone. I'm using bluetooth connection.
