I tried downgrading my v3, said everything was ok , then got interuption message that windows needed to shut down. Am i missing drivers? or can some one help me figure this out? icon_frown.gif

What do you mean by "interuption message" - was it just windows doing an automatic update or something?

Says error running program, program will shut down. Do you want to send a report. Blah, Blah. You may lose some information. Happens every time I try to run downgrader

What OS do you have?

xp. i think i have the drivers. puter recognizes phone.

tried doing a flashbackup on phone and got a RDL SIG ERROR: 39:02: and the program says Please Wait.

Creating backup.....
But its been like that for 5 min.

yes. they connect. i've tried on 3 diff computers, but i still cant figure this out. do you knoe what RDL Siq ERROR 39:02: means

Try starting the phone in bootloader (hold # and * while turning phone on) then connecting the phone - see if more drivers are installed and then try again
