if you drink 1 gallon of milk w/ like 30 min or somthing its supposed to make you puke , the food coloring helps red or green preferably , camera to document the fun .
do a youtube search for like 1 gallon of milk

I've done two and a half quarts in about 10 minutes before on two occasions. I kept it down both times. Of course that isn't a whole gallon. Then again, I don't think I'll be playing along with this game. Milk in my sinuses doesn't sound fun.
