Try using GPTE (http://www.motomodding.com/vault/software/GPTE_v1.0.5.zip)
its probably the simplest way

Ok first you need to copy the gain_table.bin to your computer, make a copy in case you screw up, now I've never used motokit for seem edits I usually use XVI32 available from motoguide, and I copy the gaintable using p2kmanager, availible from motomodders, anywho, what you need to do is open the gain table in motokit and find the speaker gain you want to increase, use the map to find your offset for that speaker, then find the offset in motokit and simply change the value of the offset to the reccomended setting as to not blow your speaker.
