Tier II tech here. I like my job and T-Mobile but I'm finding it harder to disagree with the customers who say that T-Mobile's service is going downhill every day. 'Tis sad, but I see so many examples of it, because we're the dumping ground for all reps who don't know how to fix issues.

To anyone who works at t-mobile:
is there a real way to request a tower in my area, i tried requesting one online but it wouldnt let me, i have like 1-2 bars in my area and never service in my house or yard, I have to walk to the end of the driveway to make a call, its really annyoing. Im out of contract so switching to another company is easy.

Hi t-mobile employees,
I was wondering if anyone would be able to unlock or request an unlock as it is for my Motorola Razr phone. I bought the phone from a friend and would really like to have it unlocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I can be reached through email via my profile. Thanks again.

V3 can only be unlocked via cable, none of remote code can handle it like Samsung,Nokia phones.

I've been with TMobile for 2 years. I have a Cingular phone through work. Lately it seems as though the TMobile network isn't providing enough signal coverage. I used to have almost full signal where I live abd Cingular was 1 bar...now it's the exact opposite. I have had several issues with dropped calls from Cingular and I can't remember if I've ever had one with TMoible.
I had to deal with TMobile customer service a few days ago and they were very nice to deal with. Wait time was a little long but I went through 2 different dept's and both helped me out. I just wish I could get them to bump up the signal in this area a bit. I work for the local phone company but I don't work on cell tower equipment.

just wondering if any of you good ppl whowork for t-mobile can tell me what this nck code is. i have been a t-mobile customer for ten + years. when i rang them to get the code they tried to charge me £15 for the code. why should i pay for the code? the phone is mine i bought it and i paid for it once already.
if any one can help me out with the code i would be very greatfull.
