I followed the advice of JamesLast and formatted the phone using this code: *#7370#
Then I was able to gain original configuration which led me to format the MMC using the Memory Software Icon. But you should have a copy of all your contacts on another media just in case you lose them.
However, the easy thing to do when your MMC do not show is to restart your phone on safe mode following johnnyspliff ‘s exact advise:
“Turn your phone off, hold down the pencil button, turn your phone on, and keep the button held down until the phone boots up. This will enter the phone into safe mode. Now try access the menu.
Which always worsk with me and pass all software problems.

Hi. I had this problem, too. There is one way to repair your phone:
1, start phone without mmc!
2, phone is still ON, then insert your mmc card to the phone (pull up a little bit the battery, but remember: phone must be ON - watch out the battery connections)
3, if you made, the phone can use the card but the apps are not loaded to the memory, so you can use the menu and uninstall everything you want
(I tried this method when my phone crashed, and now it's okay.)
At all, be carefull and do these only at your own risk. It works, you will see it.
Good luck.

you guys really rock!!! it happened to me a year ago.. and back then my phone still has warranty.. so i brought my phone back to where i got it.. and they replaced my memory card...
now my phone doesnt have warranty anymore...last week.. i was installin apps and i dont know but the last thing installed was power lock.. i was sooo thrilled cos i made animated images for it.. and its working out fine.. when i woke up the next morning.. my phone has no power.. i was a lil suspicious bout it.. and i was wondering why i dont have bat anymore so i charged it up.. and then i turned it on and damn it.. my menu wont work.. "system error" appears... and then i connected my phone to my pc (removed my mmc) and sent all my contacts.. hehe and then i looked for a code to reformat my mmc and found a code to reformat my phone.. i reformated it and it didnt answer my prob. and after reading this thread..and found out my phones safe mode capabilities i wa able to format my mmc.. its sooo cool.. you guys rock anyway thanks a lot!!!!

I read your comment, I have installed some program in my 3650 phone, and now it's not in good situation!
I enterd *#7370# code. it formated but there is some track of old installed program .
I removed the MMC and tried again. but the problem did not solved...
Is it posible: I format C:\ in phone and then use *#7370# to restore full orginal setting and files?
thank you

There is no safe mode icon or message that will appear when u boot in safe mode. The phone boots as usual, only thing u will notice is that the phone boots faster, as no extra apps are loaded.
If u can boot the phone w/o the mmc, then do so and try and delete the app which caused the problem in the first place.
