I currently have a Motorola V400 and it's giving me problems with the little nub getting stuck down (the thing that tells the phone that the top is closed). I figure it's time for a new phone anyway, because I can't stand how slow the V400 is.
Can you guys suggest any phones that have good cameras, quick interface, easy to use, and work with Mobile Phone Tools? I definitely want to be able to back up my pictures and phone listings using MPT.
Is the RAZR actually a good phone or is it just trendy because of how it looks?

the V551...the slvr L2 and L7... if you were looking more for stuff you can do with with the device...look at smartphones... like the Cingular 8125 Pocket PC .... a little pricey... but you can do a whole lotta stuff with it

The RAZR sucks. Do not buy the RAZR.
I've heard the SLVR is better but I imagine a few months down the line there will be a buttload of problems with it. It's a hot phone but it's the new RAZR; everyone has it.
Or, get an unlocked PEBL from T-Mobile. I love that thing. I haven't used it with MPT but, maybe it's just me, the UI seems faster than other Moto's. (Notice I said faster than other Moto's, not fast.) The camera kinda sucks, though, and I imagine on most of them the keys will take a crap in a few months. It still can't be any worse than the RAZR. Besides, not many people have them.

The RAZR's design is AWSOME, and it's features rock, and the rumor about an"easy to break phone" isn't true, thre RAZR is STRONG! But the call quality isn't good, earpeice, speakerphone, or headset, the call quality is staticky and quiet.
The newer Motorola PEBL, (availible only on T-Mobile in the US) has all the features, and almost dame interface, as the RAZR, but it is built even stronger, I would say it looks better, and feels better in your hand too. But the stellar part that makes me love my PEBL over the ol RAZR is the solid call quality. You can hear stable and loud! Also, the PEBL gives you added features including The self opening hinge - isn't as smooth opening as they'd make you think, but it does the job for me, and i'm picky. You also get the Voice Activated Name and Digit dialing, that activiates other features that the phone, too. I Love PEBL, and hate RAZR, so if you don't need the phone that everyone see's and says "That's a RAZR" a PEBL will be a better choice for you.
