I have been looking at getting one for a while now. I assume it is going through internal testing from Cingular, but I was wondering if it anyone had any more info.

I can't wait for this phone to come out. It's awesome! This might be the one to renew my contract on. I have been jealous since T-Mobile got the T809 (which is very similar to the D807). However, I wonder if Samsung will make one of these phones with the ptt feature? I wouldn't mind having ptt if they were on phones like this.

If you look on the cingular website, there are a couple of new samsung phones on the site INCLUDING the d807. It's $179 and on top of that you get a $50 rebate making it $129. I gotta wait 3 months so I can renew my contract and get this phone. Maybe they'll have it cheaper by then, which the price isn't bad right now neither, but they'll have something else then anyway.

I was lucky, and picked one up last week for free after a $50 rebate. Got hooked up by a friend of a friend that works for cingular.
