I was careless and messed up my razr while modding it. I wound up flexing with an unlocked flex by samsung downloaded a Motox. Phone is working, however I am unable to get the cl.gif to show up. I tried several picture 96x80 gif uploaded them correctly but to no avail. Anyone knows of any other trick to get it to work???? the outer LCD shows "rodgers" for now.
Thanks

You need to do some seem edits:
By Lord Farkward:
1. the image should be of a dimension of 96x80 pixels. also one important thing to note is that the file HAS to be name cl.gif (small letters), and that it MUST be a gif file. even when it's NAMED cl.gif it doesn't mean that it's a gif file. I find that the best way to make sure is just to open the file using paint, and then click on 'save as', making sure that the file is saved under gif format, then save it as cl.gif AGAIN.
2. connect ur phone with p2kman, then go to /a/mobile/system/ and u'll see a cl.gif. u can simply replace the 'old' cl.gif with the new one (by clicking on "pc to phone" and selecting the new cl.gif), but i think it's best if u first delete the old cl.gif file, then upload the new one and restart the phone.
3. if it doesn't work by following number 2, it's possible that u would need to do some seem editing. first u need to seem edit seem 004a_0001 offset 27 and set the value to 00. then u need to point 0061_0001 and 0062_0001 seem to 'point' to the cl.gif. Note that on the right hand side, it reads "[]/[]a[]/[]m[]o[]b[]i[]l[]e[]/[]s[]y[]s[]t[]e[]m[]/[]c[]l[].[]g[]i[]f [][]". make sure that both 0061 and 0062 seems are pointing towards the correct file in the correct folder
4. upload the edited 004a, 0061 and 0062 seem upload the new cl.gif to /a/mobile/system/, then u're done. If u're still facing any difficulties at this point, i suggest u checking if the gif's in the correct folder, double check the seems, double check the format of the file, double check the name of the file.

Thanks M10. had to edit seems to get it to work.
While uploding gif I noticed that mma_ucp attribute set to 70000 instead of 270000. How can I correct it??? tried 270000 in box > change after update still shows 70000.
Once again thanks.

Thanks M10. Help very much appreciated. One more question:
As I told you above I flexed with unlocked "rogers" file, but now I found out websessions are locked. Any way to unlock them??? I am with T-mobile and I would like to use T zones.

Use p2k advanced editor - go to the websessions menu and mark each session as editable / deletable as required

P2KAE does not get along with my PC. Proggy will not open no matter what. What if I delete websessions with P2Kman?? will locked sessions be gone??Will I still get web if I do that? Will that mess up my V3??
Thanks a lot for any advice or other method for deleting/unlocking web sessions since I am unable to use P2KAE.

If you delete the file and restart it you will get a new blank file - all the websession entries will be gone.
Which version of p2kae have you got? Try build 4929

you need to do it for each of the sessions you want - choose the session numbers
