For some reason my message button doesnt work. When I push the button nothing happens. When i go through the menu, I dont even see the messaging options anymore (new message, inbox, outbox etc.). So i cant send text or any other type of messages. Any ideas on how to fix or what the problem might be would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, got a V3. but now that is the least of my probs. Tried to flash monsterpack onto phone, puter crashed in middle of flash. Now all that happens is the keypad lights up, but i cant even get it in bootloader mode. Tried *#power, but screen is blank? Can you please help me with this prob? I unfortunately like a moron, i never made a backup of my pds. Am I royaly screwed?

The original problem was probably a bad seem edit.
Try removing the battery for 20 mins, then hold the * and # buttons in while replacing the battery and see if you get into bootloader then

If it gets that far I doubt PDS is the problem - get it charged and see where you are then
