OK, I always thought that US american are a bit wacky and Canadians are a bit cleverer...
Now they proved they can be equally wacky... with the birth of Captain Copyright...
They forbid linking to their site, but Michael Geist, a professor at the University of Ottawa, has some clear words about it...

Yes, they are... I just read they even have a note in the source code of the website that forbids you to copy and paste parts of the source code... which they did c&p themselfs because am ™ within the source code... or they really know how to write it (but it is kinda stupid to put a real ™ in the source code)
And they did had some trouble because they quoted Wikipedia and violated their user agreement for doing so (or you might wanna say copyright )... they didn't linked to Wikipedia... just quoted and that's it.
